ELCK Lake Diocese in Collaboration with Anaweza and Kisumu County through Beyond Zero Program conducted a free medical service at Nyakach Sub-County that aimed at providing the much needed health services to the local residents. The dedicated medical professionals and volunteers worked tirelessly in their commitment to improve the lives of the local residents, whose major health conditions included hypertension among the elderly.
The event also included evangelism by the Cathedral Compassion Band that traversed the famous Nyabondo Plateau with the Gospel, reaching out the unreached, Magar Church Choir and various pastors who offered spiritual nourishment through Bible Study in a bid to reach out to the local residents both medically and spiritually.
The Mission Board led by Bishop Titus Okoda, thanked all stakeholders who organized, participated and offered their time, energy and resources for the success of the event
